If you’re searching for Physical: 100 season 3, you’ve probably already seen it. When Netflix confirmed a third season in November 2024, it wasn’t another Korean edition. It was Physical: Asia, with athletes from eight countries competing as national teams. It came out in late 2025, and South Korea won.
So what comes after that? As of 4 October 2026, Netflix hasn’t announced a new Korean season or a second Physical: Asia. Instead the franchise has gone local, with versions in Mexico and Italy already finished and the USA, France and Sweden on the way. Here’s how the seasons fit together and what’s next.
- What it was: Physical: Asia, announced by Netflix in November 2024 as the show’s third season
- Released: 12 episodes, 28 October to 18 November 2025
- Format: 48 athletes, eight national teams of six
- Prize: ₩1 billion, about US$700,000
- Winner: South Korea, 2–0 over Mongolia in the final
- Australia: fourth, captained by Robert Whittaker
- Korean season 4 or Physical: Asia season 2: not announced, as of 4 October 2026
Is there a Physical 100 season 3?
Yes. Netflix confirmed a third season at its international showcase in November 2024 (Soompi), describing it as bringing top physical competitors from across Asia to face off. It became Physical: Asia.
Producer Jang Ho-gi had flagged the idea before the renewal. If a third season went ahead, he said, he’d like to see international contestants and present it in “a completely new format and composition” (via Dexerto).
That’s why you’ll see it listed two ways. Some sites, and Netflix’s own announcement, call it season 3. Others, including Wikipedia, treat Physical: Asia as a spin-off and say the original show has two seasons. Either way, it’s the same show, and it’s already out.
Every season so far
| Season | Released | Winner and prize |
|---|---|---|
| Physical: 100 season 1 | January 2023 (9 episodes) | Woo Jin-yong, CrossFit athlete; ₩300 million |
| Physical: 100 season 2 (Underground) | March 2024 (9 episodes) | Amotti, CrossFit athlete; ₩300 million |
| Season 3: Physical: Asia | Oct–Nov 2025 (12 episodes) | Team South Korea; ₩1 billion |
Amotti won season 2 on his own and then won again as part of Team Korea in Physical: Asia, alongside Olympic skeleton champion Yun Sung-bin and MMA fighter Kim Dong-hyun.
How season 3 played out
Physical: Asia turned the format into a nations’ tournament. South Korea, Mongolia, Japan, Australia, Türkiye, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand each sent six athletes, mostly from combat and strength sports plus a few CrossFitters and rugby players. Manny Pacquiao captained the Philippines.
Korea beat Mongolia 2–0 in a best-of-three final, and the host nation winning set off the biggest row the franchise has had. Australia, captained by former UFC champion Robert Whittaker, finished fourth. For the full standings, every team and how Australia went out, see our Physical: Asia winner guide.
There was also a short follow-up: Physical: Welcome to Mongolia, a four-episode tour series with competitors from Physical: Asia (What’s on Netflix).
Will there be a Physical 100 season 4?
Nothing has been announced. As of 4 October 2026, Netflix hasn’t confirmed a new Korean season of Physical: 100 or a second Physical: Asia. Some aggregator sites list release dates for both; we couldn’t find a Netflix announcement to back them up.
Netflix has put its effort into local versions instead, and they’re arriving fast. We’ll update this page if a new Korean or Asian season is confirmed.

Train for a season you haven’t seen yet
Every version so far has used some mix of the same tests: a long plank or hang, one-on-one ball fights, heavy team hauls and an obstacle course. The athletes who go furthest aren’t the biggest, they’re the ones with grip, engine and strength relative to bodyweight. Our guides to every Mexico challenge and every Italy challenge show how to train for each one.
