The unmissable AusFitness Expo will return to Sydney this October for a weekend of health, fitness, and body power. Co-located with the AusFitness Industry Trade Show and Summit at the International Convention Centre, the festival combines world-class fitness demonstrations and sporting competitions with active health and nutrition for the ultimate wellness experience.
As the most extensive fitness festival in the country, the AusFitness Expo has a long history of attracting the best sporting talent—and 2024 is no different. This year, attendees will be treated to free workouts and activations featuring bodybuilding icons Calum Von Moger and more.
Ticker holders gain automatic spectator entry to eight live sporting comps (such as the World Powerlifting Championships, the ICN Oceania Muscle & Model Competition and more), where they can marvel at the extraordinary feats of their favourite athletes.
As an inclusive festival, AusFitness Expo offers adaptive competitions for differently abled athletes. One of the stand-out Sydney fixtures features Paralympian Troy Sachs (OAM). A former Olympic basketballer, Sachs will attempt the Guinness World Record for the fastest amputee 50km run on a treadmill, making for a truly memorable event.
With thousands of fitness lovers, athletes, and pros in attendance, the expo aims to inspire, educate, and motivate attendees to live their healthiest lives. When they’re not taking part in interactive workouts and fitness challenges, ticket holders will also have the chance to taste-test, sample, and shop more than 120 of the hottest brands in nutrition, supplements, activewear, and training gear at massively discounted prices.
The AusFitness Expo, scheduled to take place on Friday, October 11th, Saturday, October 12th, and Sunday, October 13th, is here to help Aussie wellness goers get fitter, faster, and stronger.
